AI is learning how your profession works. Your team's expertise can be what it learns from, and you get paid for it.
Expertise, carried forward.
AI systems are being trained to handle professional work: reviewing, reconciling, onboarding, escalating. What they learn depends on whose work they learn from.
InsightCascade connects established service businesses with AI research teams that license anonymized records of real expert work, and pay well for them.
Textbooks teach the rules. Your team knows the work.
How work is supposed to go.
Manuals, courses and public documents describe the standard process. AI labs already have all of it.
How experienced people actually do it.
The shortcuts that are safe and the ones that aren't, the exceptions, the second looks. That only exists inside firms like yours, which is why labs pay for it.
The expertise we look for.
Every experienced team leaves a trail of judgment in its everyday tools. That trail, anonymized, is what research teams license.
The review.
What a senior person corrected, and why, before work went out the door.
The escalation.
When a case got passed up, who took it, and how it was resolved.
The exception.
How your team handled the cases the standard process didn't cover.
The handoff.
How work moves between people and stages without anything getting lost.

Intro call
20 minutes with an owner or executive to walk through the program and where your team's expertise shows up.
Meet the buyer
We introduce you to the research team. Your counsel reviews the NDA and anonymized data agreement.
Anonymize & get paid
Data is fully anonymized under the signed agreement, then transferred and paid for per its terms.
Your clients stay out of it.
The goal isn't to copy your business, your clients or your edge. It's to help AI systems learn how professional work is done, in realistic enterprise settings.
All data is handled under strict contractual protections. You sign nothing until your own legal and compliance advisors have reviewed the full agreement. Regulated businesses remain responsible for their own obligations, such as client confidentiality rules, IRC §7216 for tax preparers, HIPAA, GDPR / UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act, and other applicable privacy law, and we'll help you raise these with the buyer early.

Frequently asked.
( 01 )Who is buying the data?
A research team at a major AI lab training and evaluating AI systems for enterprise work. The buyer's identity is shared on your introductory call and in the NDA, and you'll deal with them directly from that point.
( 02 )Does my team need to do anything?
Very little. The program uses records your company already has. Someone with access to your systems helps export them in the format set out in your agreement, and day-to-day work carries on as usual.
( 03 )Are you buying my company?
No. This is a data agreement, not an acquisition or investment. You retain ownership of your underlying data, and nothing changes about ownership, staffing, or how you serve clients.
( 04 )Will this be used to compete with me?
No. The purpose is to train and evaluate AI systems in realistic enterprise settings, not to replicate your business, products, customers, or competitive advantages.
( 05 )How is the payment amount decided?
The buyer sets it based on the domain expertise represented, workflow complexity, uniqueness of the operational knowledge, dataset size, and data quality. The final amount is in your agreement before anything is transferred.
( 06 )What does it cost my company?
Nothing. InsightCascade is compensated by the buyer for successful introductions. You never pay us a fee.
( 07 )What about client consent and confidentiality?
Many businesses, especially in accounting, legal, financial services, and healthcare, have specific obligations around client information. We strongly recommend involving your counsel early, and we'll help you raise any consent or scope requirements with the buyer before signing.
( 08 )Why is there a deadline?
The buyer's current program has a fixed budget and runs through October 31. Companies that are introduced and move forward before then are eligible under the current terms. Later programs may or may not be available.
( 09 )Who should fill out the form?
A CEO, managing partner, owner, or executive who can make decisions about the company's data and agreements.
